Shyam Sivaramakrishnan

Shyam is a Chartered Accountant and has completed his masters in Finance from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He comes with a rich experience of more than two decades across auto parts, healthcare, agree-products, laminates, FMCG etc. In his earlier experience, he was a key driver of mergers, acquisitions, divestment and spearheaded initiatives on corporate governance, risk management and portfolio management. He joined Ascent in 2021 and is heading the Finance function of the organization.
